The IslandHer Rising Scholarship Portal is dedicated to uplifting and investing in the success of Pacific Islander Collegiate Network members. Active members who have contributed at least four hours of PICN volunteer service in the past year are encouraged to apply for scholarships, provided they also meet the specific criteria outlined for each opportunity.
